The mission of Burlington Education Assessment and Research Corporation (BEARC), or Burlington Education, is to expand academic horizons and cultivate leadership skills for students from China and the United States. BEARC promotes the cross-pollination of talent between American and Chinese schools at all educational levels, serving as a platform for young people in both countries to share cultural knowledge about civic growth and the development of human capital. BEARC also conducts rigorous educational research, promotes academic exchange, and builds networks for global partnerships in education.
BEARC focuses on spreading positive academic spirit and cultivating a sense of resilience and leadership skills through a series of cross border education exchange programs. We believe college education is an important path towards improving humanity and the living standard for all citizens around the world, thus it has a big hope to make elite and quality college education accessible to Chinese high school students who want to make a difference for their life and the world.
The future of American and Chinese civic well-being requires cultural dynamism and a constant influx of new ideas and perspectives, and BEARC helps to achieve this goal with purpose and care.
